ELIGIBLE RECIPIENT

To be eligible for a grant, the person must: A. be enrolled in an undergraduate degree or certificate program after June 30, 1990, at an eligible institution as specified in part 4830.8010 ; B. not have received a baccalaureate degree, nor have been enrolled full time or the equivalent for eight semesters or 12 quarters, whichever occurs first; C. be a dependent child less than 23 years of age or the surviving spouse of a public safety officer killed in the line of duty on or after January 1, 1973; and D. provide a copy of the certification of eligibility received from the commissioner of public safety to the eligible institution.
