DEFINITIONS

Subpart 1. Scope. For the purposes of parts 4900.2900 to 4900.2907 , the following terms have the meanings given. Subp. 2. Agency. "Agency" means the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. Subp. 3. Receiver. "Receiver" means a person appointed by the court under Minnesota Statutes, section 504B.445 , to receive and preserve the property referred to in part 4900.2902 , subpart 3, according to the powers contained in Minnesota Statutes, section 504B.445 .
