Subpart 1. Notice required. All employers must notify employees of their rights regarding termination under Minnesota Statutes, sections 181.931 to 181.935 . Subp. 2. Form and time of notice. Notice is accomplished by posting summaries of Minnesota Statutes, sections 181.931 to 181.935 in a conspicuous and accessible place in or about the premises in which any employee works.
