REPRESENTATIVES OF PARTIES AND INTERVENORS

Any party or intervenor may appear in person or through a representative. Nothing contained herein requires any representative to be an attorney at law unless otherwise prohibited as the unauthorized practice of law. Withdrawal of appearance of any representative may be effected by filing a written notice of withdrawal with the board and by serving a copy on all parties and intervenors.
