CHAPTER 2, DEFINITIONS

ANSI/IIAR 2, chapter 2, is amended by adding the following definitions: brine: Any liquid used for the transmission of heat without a change in its state. jurisdictional authority: Administrative authority, as defined in Minnesota Rules, part 5230.0005 , subpart 2. liquid line: The parts of the ammonia refrigerating system, at any pressure, intended to be wholly filled with liquid refrigerant.
