APPLICABILITY

A. Parts 5510.5200 to 5510.5295 apply to: (1) all arbitration proceedings under bureau rules as provided under Minnesota Statutes, subject to all applicable provisions of the law; and (2) other proceedings before an arbitrator as provided under statute. B. Unless the context indicates otherwise, a panel of arbitrators includes a panel consisting of only a single arbitrator.
