ARBITRATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY

Subpart 1. Ensuring fair hearing. An arbitrator must ensure that a fair hearing is conducted in a manner that minimizes cost and expense to the parties and complies with: A. parts 5510.5200 to 5510.5295 ; and B. chapter 5530. Subp. 2. Recording hearing. An arbitrator may record a hearing, and the recording is the arbitrator's personal property.
