COMMISSIONER'S DETERMINATION AND OTHER ORDERS

A. After the hearing closes, the commissioner must issue a determination on the petition under part 5510.5340 in writing. The determination must be based on the record and served on all parties. B. The commissioner's determination and other orders under parts 5510.5300 to 5510.5490 are binding on all parties.
