REVIEW OF DECISION IN CONTESTED CASE

The board may, upon its own motion or upon petition by respondent, reconsider or grant a rehearing of any decision rendered in a contested case or may condition any such decision upon just and reasonable grounds. The filing of a petition for review shall not automatically stay the enforcement of the board's decision.
