PENALTIES

Subpart 1. In general. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of these parts shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Subp. 2. Manufacturer's penalty. A manufacturer who certifies that a new snowmobile can meet the sound level limitations imposed by these parts shall be subject to the penalty provisions of subpart 1 for each machine so certified which does not meet the applicable sound level limitations.
