DEFINITIONS

Subpart 1. Board. "Board" means the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy. Subp. 2. Hearing. "Hearing" includes a joint hearing of the board and any other administrative agency. Subp. 3. License. "License" means any license, permit, certificate of registration, or other grant of authority issued or subject to suspension or revocation by the board. Subp. 4. Revocation or suspension. "Revocation or suspension" of license includes refusal to renew the same.
