SCOPE

Subpart 1. Applicability. Parts 7001.4310 to 7001.4390 apply to laboratories required to be certified under Minnesota Statutes, section 115.84 , except as excluded in subpart 2. Subp. 2. Exclusions. Certification under parts 7001.4310 to 7001.4390 does not apply to: A. laboratories that are private and for-profit; B. laboratories that perform drinking water analyses; C. laboratories that perform analyses for agency programs under Minnesota Statutes, chapters 115B and 115C; or D. laboratories that are certified under another similar program, such as that of the Minnesota Department of Health.
