STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE FOR EXISTING HOT MIX ASPHALT PLANTS

No owner or operator of an existing hot mix asphalt plant shall cause to be discharged into the atmosphere from the hot mix asphalt plant any gases that: A. contain the sum of filterable and organic condensable particulate matter in excess of the limits allowed by parts 7011.0700 to 7011.0735 ; or B. exhibit greater than 20 percent opacity.
