PROMULGATION.

§ Subdivision 1. Effective date of rules; publication. All rules promulgated under sections 480.051 to 480.058 are effective at a time fixed by the court. The rules must be published as part of Minnesota Statutes according to section 3C.08 . § Subd. 2. Printing, publishing, and distributing. The revisor of statutes shall print, publish, and distribute copies of the rules according to section 3C.12 .
