Schweich Missouri State Auditor State Capitol, Room 121 Jefferson City, MO 65101 Dear Auditor Schweich: This office received your letter of December 31, 2012, submitting a fiscal note and fiscal note summary prepared under § 116.175, RSMo, for an initiative petition submitted by Lara Granich, version 6 (14-015). The fiscal note summary that you submitted is as follows: Increased state and local government costs for wages, operating expenses, and programs could exceed an estimated $63 million annually. State and local government income and sales tax revenue could increase by an estimated $9.9 million annually. Under § 116.175.4, RSMo, we approve the legal content and form of the fiscal note summary.
