The fiscal note summary that you submitted is as follows: It is estimated this proposal will increase state govern- ment costs by at least $118,000 annually and have an unknown change in costs for local governmental entities. Any potential impact to revenues for state and local governmental entities is unknown. Under § 116.175.4, RSMo, we approve the legal content and form of the fiscal note summary.
