The fiscal note summary that you submitted is as follows: State government revenue may decrease up to $300 million during the tax credit period with approximately $1 million annual increased operating costs. Local governmental entities estimate $23.9 million in annual electricity sales reductions. Other resulting economic activity will have an unknown impact on state and local governments. Under § 116.175.4, RSMo, we approve the legal content and form of the fiscal note summary.
