The proposed summary statement is as follows: Shall the Missouri Constitution be amended to guarantee all eligible voters the right to vote absentee in person or through mail, with or without an excuse, for a minimum of six weeks prior to the official election date? Pursuant to § 116.334, RSMo, we approve the legal content and form of the proposed statement.
