Violation; Penalty

PURPOSE: This rule defines the penalty for violations of this Act. (1) Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (2) Any person who interferes with, impedes, or obstructs in any manner the director or any authorized representative of the department in the performance of their duties under this Act shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
