Excursion Liquor License Fees

PURPOSE: This rule establishes fees for excursion liquor licenses. (1) The initial one (1)-time nonrefundable fee for an excursion liquor license for the premises shall be five hundred dollars ($500). (2) The annual renewal fee for an excursion liquor license for the premises shall be five hundred dollars ($500).
