All Types of Hearings

PURPOSE: This rule describes types of hearings. (1) The rules contained in this chapter shall govern all hearings of the commission. In all hearings before the commission, the applicant or licensee shall be the petitioner. For good cause, the commission may extend the time limits set forth in this chapter.
