Provisional Certification (aka Learner’s Permit)

PURPOSE: This rule outlines how individuals may be granted a Provisional Certification (aka Learner’s Permit). To obtain the Provisional Certification (aka Learner’s Permit) (LP), an applicant must meet the eligibility and application requirements of 20 CSR 100-200.050, pass the written test of English proficiency, and take the Basic Performance Test.
