Personal Biometric Data Prohibition

PURPOSE: This rule prohibits the use of an athlete’s or competitor’s personal biometric data without permission. (1) Licensees shall not purchase, sell, or use any personal biometric data of an athlete or competitor unless the licensee has received written permission from the athlete or competitor or the athlete’s or competitor’s representative.
