Criminal Background Screening Cost

PURPOSE: This rule establishes who is responsible for the cost of the criminal background check. (1) The costs of the criminal background check shall be the responsibility of the child care staff member, but may be paid or reimbursed by the child care provider at the provider’s discretion.
