Organization Bona Fide Member Definition

PURPOSE: This rule defines the term bona fide member as it relates to bingo licensing requirements. (1) For purposes of sections 313.005–313.080, RSMo and rules thereto, the definition of the term bona fide member shall be an individual who: (A) Is defined as a member in the organization’s by-laws, constitution and/or articles of incorporation; (B) Has made an affirmative effort to join the organization, thereby, forming an identifiable association with the organization; and (C) Participates in the organization’s activities other than bingo.
