Maintenance of the List of Ineligible Persons

PURPOSE: This rule establishes procedures for the maintenance of the list and requires that all licensees submit the names of all employees/workers prior to their employment so that they may be checked against the list. (1) The commission shall maintain a list of persons who are ineligible for any license under the provisions of 313.005 to 313.080, RSMo, and who shall not participate in the management, conduct or operation of any bingo game, or be employed or work in any capacity for any entity required to be licensed pursuant to section 313.057, RSMo. The list shall be maintained at the commission’s office in Jefferson City. All bingo licensees, including those listed pursuant to section 313.057, RSMo, shall submit the names of all employees/workers to the commission prior to their employment so that they may be checked against the list.
