Petition—Amendments or Withdrawal by Petitioning Party

PURPOSE: This rule states when a petition may be withdrawn or amended. (1) At any time prior to issuance of a written notice of election for the purpose of resolving the issue of representation, a petitioning party may amend or withdraw its petition at the discretion of the petitioner or petitioner’s authorized officer.
