Judicial Review
PURPOSE: This rule sets forth the manner in
which judicial reviews are conducted.
(1) Judicial review shall be made in the manner provided by law.
(2) Within thirty (30) days after the filing of
a Petition of Review, or within further time as
the court may allow, the commission’s record
shall be filed in the reviewing court.
