Disclosure of Public Support and Opposition

PURPOSE: The purpose of this rule is to disclose the public support or opposition for the Class A license. (1) An applicant for a Class A license must disclose public support and opposition whether by governmental officials or agencies, private individuals or groups and must supply documentation for the support or opposition.
