Disclosure of Public Support and Opposition

PURPOSE: This rule discloses the public support or opposition for the Class D license. (1) An applicant for a Class D license must disclose public support and opposition whether by governmental officials or agencies, private individuals or groups and must supply documentation for the support or opposition.
