Authorized Games

PURPOSE: This rule requires each game to be submitted and approved by the commission. (1) No holder of a Class B license shall permit any game to be played other than those approved by the commission. For each game, the holder of a Class B license shall provide a set of game rules to the commission one hundred twenty (120) days in advance of the game’s operation or within a time period as the commission may designate and these games must be approved by the commission. Changes in permissible rules must be submitted in writing and approved by the commission prior to implementation.
