Non-Gambling Hours

PURPOSE: This rule establishes required surveillance staffing during non-gambling hours. (1) At least one (1) trained surveillance operator must be on duty in the casino surveillance room actively monitoring activities during non-gambling hours when no drops and counts are being conducted. Additional personnel shall be available to allow for meals and breaks. (2) Anytime the casino is closed and in a locked-down mode, sufficient surveillance coverage as approved by the commission must be conducted to monitor and record the casino, in general, so that security integrity is maintained.
