Compliance with this Chapter

PURPOSE: This rule establishes requirements for compliance. (1) Applicants for a Class B license shall comply with the requirements set forth in this chapter no later than seven (7) days prior to the start of gaming operations. (2) Existing licensees shall comply with the requirements set forth in this chapter within the time frame established by the commission.
