Adjustment of Peace Officer License Classification

PURPOSE: This rule authorizes the adjustment of peace officer license classifications to prevent inadvertent change in status or validity due to the adoption of new rules. (1) The Director may take any administrative action necessary to prevent a change in the status or validity of any existing peace officer license due to the implementation of the peace officer license classification system pursuant to 11 CSR 75-13.010, including the reclassification or restriction of any license.
