Addressing Board
PURPOSE: This rule establishes procedures
for the public to address the board.
(1) The board will allot time for public comment at each open meeting. The board
reserves the right to determine the amount of
time allotted at each open meeting for public
comment and to limit the amount of time per
person for public comment.
(2) No person interested in a case, matter, or
application pending before the board shall
improperly attempt to influence the judgment
of the board by undertaking, directly or indirectly, to pressure or influence the board,
regarding the case, matter, or application.
