General Organization

PURPOSE: This rule provides for the organization, administration, and methods of operation of a program of certification for telecommunicators. (1) The objective of the Missouri 911 Service Board is creating standardized 911 training and education requirements for telecommunicator first responders to enhance statewide 911 emergency services.
