Bond/License Fee Requirements

PURPOSE: This rule requires a bond and license fee for each licensee. Each licensee shall post a bond and license fee in an amount to be determined by the director depending upon the actual or projected licensee’s sales and payment history, credit record, or both, for each license obtained.
