Notification of Lost, Damaged or Stolen Tickets or Equipment

PURPOSE: This rule requires licensees to notify the director and certain law enforcement agencies of the loss, damage or theft of lottery tickets or equipment. Licensees shall immediately report the theft, loss, or damage of any lottery tickets or equipment to the director of the state lottery and either the Missouri State Highway Patrol or local law enforcement authorities. The licensee shall cooperate in any investigation conducted by the commission, its employees, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Missouri attorney general, or local law enforcement authorities.
