Player Agreement

PURPOSE: This rule addresses player compliance with lottery law, rules, instructions, and agreements. (1) In purchasing a lottery ticket, submitting a ticket for validation, or claiming a prize, a player or claimant agrees to comply with state lottery law and any regulations, rules, instructions, or agreements pertaining to the lottery or its games. (2) There may not be any failure to comply in relation to the ticket or prize that, in the opinion of the executive director, justifies disqualification.
