Rules of Department of Social Services Division 20—Division of Corrections SPECIAL NOTICE By House Bill Number 1196 in 1982, the Division of Corrections and the Division of Probation and Parole became the Department of Corrections and Human Resources. The Department of Corrections and Human Resources has promulgated new rules under 14 CSR 20 and has rescinded the former rules under 13 CSR 20. The department has also amended 13 CSR 80 and moved it to 14 CSR 80 to make special provisions for the new parole guidelines adopted by the board. Therefore the rules of the Department of Corrections and Human Resources are found in Title 14.
