Conditions of Lifetime Supervision

PURPOSE: This rule sets forth conditions of monitoring for those placed on lifetime supervision after their terms for a probation, parole, conditional release, or prison sentence have been completed. (1) The first condition reads, “RESIDENCE: I will maintain a residence that allows for effective Global Positioning Satellite Monitoring.” (2) The second condition reads, “GLOBAL POSITIONING SATELLITE MONITORING (GPS): I will ensure that I wear the required GPS device at all times and keep it in a charged and functioning condition.” AUTHORITY: sections 217.735, 217.755, and 559.106, RSMo 2016.* Original rule filed Oct. 19, 2011, effective May 30, 2012.
