Status of Party upon Filing an Assignment
PURPOSE: This rule provides for the status
of parties upon filing an assignment.
(1) An assignment shall not affect the status
of the financing statement or the status of the
parties to the financing statement, except that
each assignee named in the assignment shall
become a secured party of record.
