Record Keeping Requirements

PURPOSE: This rule contains the criteria by which pharmacies, hospitals and nonprofit clinics will maintain records required under the Prescription Drug Repository Program. (1) All records required to be maintained as a part of the Prescription Drug Repository Program shall be maintained for a minimum of five (5) years by participating pharmacies, hospitals, nonprofit clinics and institutional facilities. (2) Records required as part of the program shall be maintained separate from other records.
