Home Health Aide Basic Course In a resolution dated February 4, 1986, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules took “the position that any rule promulgated
pursuant to section 197.445, RSMo was not valid for failure to
comply with Section 3.” The secretary of state has removed these
rules from the Code of State Regulations.
