Written Arguments
PURPOSE: This rule sets forth procedures
for filing written arguments or proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law after the
hearing.
The parties may request, or the commission
may order them, to file written arguments,
proposed findings of fact and conclusions of
law, or both.
