Stipulation

PURPOSE: This rule describes the scope of stipulations and possible waiver of a case hearing. (1) Upon written motion of the parties and with approval of the commission, the parties may stipulate to all or any portion of the facts upon which the commission shall base its decision, and may waive a hearing.
