Release of Information

PURPOSE: This rule complies with sections 610.023 and 610.028, RSMo regarding release of information. (1) Release of Information. Pursuant to section 610.028, RSMo, the provisions of 20 CSR 10-2 constitute the department’s reasonable written policy in compliance with sections 610.010–610.030, RSMo, open to public inspection, regarding the release of information on any meeting, record or vote. This policy must be applied in a manner consistent with other state and federal laws placing restrictions on the records of the department and its divisions, boards and commissions.
