Filing Copies

PURPOSE: This regulation requires statechartered savings and loan associations to file duplicate copies of all filings, applications, protests and notices. (1) Other than feasibility studies, all filings, applications, protests and notices, as required by Chapter 369, RSMo or by the regulations of the Division of Finance, shall be filed by an association or its attorney in duplicate in the office of the Division of Finance.
