Establishment and Maintenance of Records
PURPOSE: This rule sets the minimum
requirements for the establishment and maintenance of records for loans.

The records established and maintained by
associations for all loans made that are
secured by real estate shall meet the minimum requirements set forth in applicable federal regulations and any other requirements
that the director may set. For loans not
secured by real estate, associations must
establish and maintain documentation as is
consistent with the safe and sound operation
of an association.
