Advisory Commission for Physician Assistants
PURPOSE: This rule establishes the per-diem amount for members
of the Advisory Commission for Physician Assistants pursuant to
section 334.749, RSMo.
(1) Each member of the commission shall receive as
compensation the sum of fifty dollars ($50) for each day that
member devotes to the affairs of the board.
(2) No request for the compensation provided in this rule shall
be processed for payment unless sufficient funds are available
for that purpose within the appropriations for this board.
